How Xero/MYOB Integration Conflicts Work

• Cannot use Xero and MYOB at the same time
• Connecting Xero forces 2FA for entire company — stays enabled even after disconnecting
• Sync requires valid access token AND complete setup (chart of accounts, tax codes, sales account)
• Sync failure is vague — "missing setup" could mean any of several incomplete config items

Support scenarios

• "Why is 2FA forced on?" → Xero was connected at some point
• "Xero sync failing" → missing chart of accounts, tax codes, or sales account config
• "Can't connect MYOB" → Xero is still connected
