Unable to email after verification

If a client is unable to send out emails after verifying it is likely due to a configuration setting in their domain that is in conflict with our email service provider 

You can use this
website to check the domain.

The DMARC policy needs to be changed from "reject" to "none" This will need to be done by either their IT person or whoever handles your website/domain.

Once this update has been made then emails will be sent out correctly from Workshop Software after verification.
In the meantime if they enter a different email on the Profile page and save and hold off on verifying then you will be able to continue sending emails out from Workshop Software using "noreply@workshopsoftware.com".
